  9.   A library that gives you low level functions for date calculations.
  10.   Includes the following features:

  12.   - Support for six different date/time measurement systems:
  13.     Julian, Gregorian, Heis, Julian Day, Modified Julian Day,
  14.     Scaliger Year (other systems will follow).
  15.   - Month/Weekday and other date/time string support for 28 languages.
  16.   - Support for different countries (implementation not finished!).
  17.   - Calculating leap years.
  18.   - Functions to calculate the days of a month or a year or between
  19.     two dates.
  20.   - Functions to calculate the weeknumber and the weekday.
  21.   - Check the validity of a date.
  22.   - Calculating Easter.
  23.   - Comparing dates.
  24.   - Powerful functions to handle differences between dates.
  25.   - Transformations from one time measurement system to the others.
  26.   - Calculating your local time zone out of your position on the earth.
  27.   - Calculating the age of the moon and the moon phase.
  28.   - Check the validity of a time.
  29.   - Comparing times.
  30.   - Transforming 24h time format into seconds and back.
  31.   - Transforming 24h time format to Julian Day time format and back.
  32.   - Every weekday can be the first day of the week.
  33.   - Supplement two digit years to four digit years.
  34.   - Formatting of date and time values into strings.
  35.   - Parsing date and time values from strings via templates or
  36.     powerful autoanlysation.
  37.   - Converting weekday/week/year to day/month/year vice versa.
